Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is a very clean medium/robust Coratina with mostly leafy green flavors. It is well balanced between fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. It is very smooth and round. It has that nice spicy herbal flavor typical of the variety, especially in the aftertaste. It has characteristics of grass, green banana, mint, black pepper, and especially cinnamon. A most exceptional Peruvian oil!
