Recipe Additions:
3 Tablespoons butter
6 cups beef broth
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
1 large, sweet onion
½ cup apple cider/juice
1 Teaspoon sugar
Optional: Top with 8 oz shredded Gruyere cheese and 2 cups croutons
